Young Adults aged 18 - 35

If you are a young man or woman aged between 18 - 35 and wish to attend invocation 2012, there are two ways you can book your place:

Online Booking

You can either register and pay using our online facility by clicking here.

“Print and Post” Booking

You can download a printed booking form and post it to us with your payment by clicking here.

Cost

The cost for the weekend is only £50 if you book before the 10th April 2012. After this date the cost will be £60. This covers your weekend admission pass to the Invocation festival.  It also includes all meals and either a place in our sleeping marquee or a pitch for your own tent.  It does not include the hotel or B&B option.

Using our “print and post” booking facility

A cheque must be sent alongside your booking form to confirm your place.

Someone else is paying for you?

If your parish priest, school, religious sponsor etc is paying for you to attend the festival you must arrange for this payment to coincide with your booking request as stated above.

If you cannot afford the cost of £60 and do not have a sponsor contact us before you book to see if we can help.

Receiving Booking Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation of booking.

Using our “print and post” booking facility

When you post your completed booking form to us, be sure to include an up to date personal email address. Your booking confirmation will be emailed to you. You will be emailed an “E Ticket” which includes a unique booking reference number. You must remember to bring this reference number with you when you arrive at the festival

When to book

Be sure to book as soon as you can. There are limited places available as this is a national festival, and the demand for places will be extremely high due to the outstanding reviews of last year’s event and the statements of interest we have already been emailed leading up to the launch of this website.

Cost

The cost for the weekend if you use our online booking facility is £55 if you book before the 10th April 2012. After this date the cost will be £65. This covers your weekend admission pass to the Invocation festival.  It also includes all meals and either a place in our sleeping marquee or a pitch for your own tent.  It does not include the hotel or B&B option. This extra £5 covers any processing fees.

Using our “online” booking facility

You must complete both the online form and payment sections to confirm your place.

Someone else is paying for you?

If your parish priest, school, religious sponsor etc is paying for you to attend the festival and you cannot both be present when using our online facility, they can use the online booking facility on your behalf to register your booking.

If you cannot afford the cost of £55 and do not have a sponsor contact us before you book to see if we can help.

Receiving Online Booking Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation of booking.
